Finds duplicates and contradictions by embedding similarity; without dryRun it marks the older copy as superseded.
memory_deletewrite action
Moves a memory to the trash (default), or deletes it for good (permanent).

Temporal invalidation: expire sets valid_to to now, supersede marks the memory as replaced by supersedeBy, delete moves it to the trash.
