Six components, weighted: code scan 25, live reliability 20, tool poisoning 15, auth quality 15, maintenance 15, maintainer identity 10. Any critical finding is an F. The scanner and the rubric are open source, so anyone can re-run them and get the same grade. A named panel audits the top servers for the Certified mark, for free. Sponsored placements are labeled and never mixed into rankings.
